This overview explains timing, supervision, participant departure and room handover. The final e-signed venue agreement will record the exact rules, availability, approved uses and responsibilities for each location.
A Choréothons facilitator is on site five minutes before the booked window and remains responsible through the two-hour mark.
The facilitator receives registered participants, leads the 90-minute session and keeps the event on schedule.
Participants must leave the property no later than 1 hour 45 minutes after the venue window begins.
The final 15 minutes are reserved for the facilitator to check the room, complete the handover and leave it as agreed.
02
Ballet to Hip-Hop
Same venue and departure rules as Choréothons
A facilitator manages participant arrival, leads the session and remains the venue’s on-site point of contact.
Participants leave the property by the 1 hour 45 minute mark within the two-hour venue window.
The remaining 15 minutes are reserved for the room check, handover and facilitator departure.
03
HYROX-style training
1-hour session · participants leave at the 1-hour mark
The certified facilitator starts and finishes the course on time and supervises safe use of the agreed equipment.
Students return every item of equipment to its designated place before the session ends.
The facilitator checks that equipment has been reset and that participants leave by the one-hour mark.
Only equipment and training areas approved in the venue agreement may be used.
04
Run Club
Usually outdoors · normally no host venue required
The facilitator coordinates the meeting point, route, timing, warm-up and cool-down.
Because Run Clubs are generally held outdoors, no venue partner or room rental is normally involved.
If a private start point, changing area or indoor facility is requested, its specific access and departure rules must be agreed separately.
